Your customers' privacy, in plain words
Atenty cares for customers: to do that, she needs to see their messages and their cases. This page says exactly what data she handles, what for, how long it's kept, and what she never does with it. No fine print hiding anywhere.
First, where things stand
Atenty is in development, and right now her spot can be saved free of charge. At this stage, this site only collects the data you enter yourself in its forms: the spot reservation, the weekly report subscription, and the trial. The demo and the calculator run in your browser: the calculator does its math on your screen and sends your numbers nowhere. What follows also explains how Atenty will handle data once the service is live, so you know it from day one.
What data Atenty handles when she cares for your customers
Once the service is live, Atenty will work on behalf of your business and handle the minimum needed to care well:
- The messages your customers write in your business's channels: WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and Google reviews.
- Each case's data: what the customer bought, what happened, what they were promised, and how it was resolved.
- The statuses she reads from your systems — your schedule, your store, your shipping, your service — so she answers with the truth, not with generic lines.
Without the case and its status, there is no follow-up: that's why she handles that, and only that.
What it's used for
Only to care: answering in under a minute, opening and following every case until the customer confirms it's resolved, sending status updates before anyone asks, asking for the review at the right moment, and putting together your Friday report. No other purpose, now or later.
What we never do
Your customers' data is never sold. It's never shared with third parties for their own purposes. And it's never used to train models that serve other businesses: what Atenty learns caring for your customers stays in your business. Every business is an island.
How long it's kept
Each case's record is kept while your business needs it to care well — a returning customer shouldn't have to tell their story all over again — and while your account is active. The data you left on this site during the pre-sale is kept until launch or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Every person's rights
You — and every one of your customers — can ask to see, correct, or delete their data. It's done by email, with no runaround: deleting a customer's data breaks nothing — it simply closes their file.
